By enrolling in any Gigsquare program or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are enrolling a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.
1. About Gigsquare Gigsquare Arts Training is a licensed arts training center providing music, dance, and vocal programs for students aged 5 and above, located at First Floor, Next to Carrefour, Al Ghurair Centre, Al Rigga Road, Deira, Dubai, UAE.
2. Enrollment Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or written confirmation from Gigsquare. Students must be aged 5 and above. Programs are age-segmented as described on our website. Gigsquare reserves the right to place students in appropriate skill-level groups based on our assessment. All enrollment information provided must be accurate and complete.
3. Free Trial Offer (Ages 5–15) The one-month free trial is a limited-time promotional offer subject to availability. It is available exclusively to new students aged 5–15, on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited to one free trial per student — non-transferable. Gigsquare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. Upon expiry, continued enrollment requires payment of applicable fees.
4. Fees & Payment All program fees are payable in advance in UAE Dirhams (AED). Fees are due at the start of each enrollment period as communicated at registration. Gigsquare reserves the right to revise fees with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of sessions.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellation 7 or more days before the session month begins: full refund. Cancellation less than 7 days before: 50% refund. Missed classes without notice: no refund. Missed classes due to medical emergency (with documentation): credit toward a future session. Free trial sessions: not applicable (no charge). Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Rescheduling Students may request to reschedule a session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to instructor and venue availability. Gigsquare will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee availability. Sessions missed without 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
7. Code of Conduct All students, parents, and guardians are expected to treat Gigsquare staff, instructors, and fellow students with respect. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. Gigsquare reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment without refund in cases of serious or repeated misconduct.
8. Photography & Media Consent Gigsquare may photograph or video-record sessions and performances for promotional or social media purposes. By enrolling, you provide consent for such use unless you notify us in writing at the time of enrollment. We will not publish images or videos of minors in any manner that compromises their privacy or safety.
9. Liability Gigsquare takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all students on our premises. We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage to personal property unless caused directly by our negligence. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and behaviour of minors outside scheduled sessions. Students participate in physical activities at their own risk — please inform us of any health conditions prior to enrollment.
10. Intellectual Property All course materials, training methods (including The Gigsquare Method™), content, and branding are the intellectual property of Gigsquare Arts Training and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Changes to These Terms Gigsquare reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued enrollment after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
